How we can help
OTÂ helps you do the things you need and want to do, including looking after yourself and managing your home, working, studying and participating in your community.
We work with you to understand what's getting in the way and explore practical strategies, supports and changes that can make everyday life work better for you.
Therapy
Personalised support to navigate everyday challenges and participate in the activities that matter to you.
This might include developing daily living skills, managing fatigue and sensory needs, establishing routines, improving organisation, adapting your environment or supporting participation in work, study and community life.
Assessments & Reports
Occupational therapy assessments to understand your everyday functioning, identify barriers and support needs and provide practical recommendations.
Services include functional capacity assessments (FCAs), NDIS access assessments, home & living and ergonomic assessments.

Our approach
Everyone's circumstances, experiences and priorities are different. That's why our approach starts with understanding you, the activities that matter to you and the environments in which you live, work and play.
We take a collaborative, evidence- informed approach that considered the whole picture. Together, we'll explore what's working, what's creating challenges and what might help.
Sometimes that involves developing new skills or strategies. Other times, it's about adapting activities, changing environments, introducing supports or finding a different way of doing things.
Meet your occupational therapist
I'm Jess. I'm a registered occupational therapist with over 15 years experience across clinical practice, disability services, leadership and digital health.
I've always loved figuring out how to make things work better for people. I bring that curiosity, creativity and practical problem solving approach to my work as an OT.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me on a sports field or planted on the couch watching football (soccer) or Formula 1.
